
Military Family Back to School Night Information


Registration for all Bossier Parish students begins today, July 8. All new and returning students in grades K-12 are required to complete the registration process for the 2024-25 school year. To learn more and begin registration, visit www.bossierschools.org/page/registration.

Bossier Schools is hosting a Military Family Back to School Night at the Bossier Civic Center on Tuesday, July 30th from 5-7 PM. There will be tables from each school, different BPSB departments, and community partners. Superintendent Rowland will be hosting at Q&A session and there will be recruiters for hiring opportunities. Be sure to mark your calendars!


🦸♀️Fuel your summer superhero with free, nutritious meals that Bossier Schools will be offering weekly starting June 11 at four drive-through sites. 🦸♂️
Any child 18 years of age and younger is eligible. Each box will contain seven shelf-stable breakfasts and lunches.
Parents or guardians will need to complete a registration form for each child. Simply scan the QR code on the graphic or visit http://bit.ly/4bIbKjf to register.
Once registration is complete, meal boxes can be picked up between 9 a.m. and 1 p.m. every Tuesday until July 30 at either Benton Middle, Haughton Middle, W.T. Lewis Elementary or Parkway High School.

T-shirts and race packets for The Great Gator 5K and Fun Run can be picked up at Run Wild, located in the Camp Forbing Town Center at the corner of Flournoy Lucas and Ellerbe Roads in Shreveport, on Thursday and Friday. They can be picked up starting at 7 AM on race day as well.
